The new iPhone 11 series designs are adorable although no much changes was made. A rumor claims that next year is when we will get to see a facelift and designer Ben Geskin has shared some iPhone 12 renders to provide a potential early glimpse into the future.
Geskin’s iPhone 12 renders are basically of the ‘Pro’ version, which is expected to start with a 5.4-inch display and is expected to be more compact than the 5.8-inch iPhone 11 Pro.
For next year, we think that Apple will bring back some old designs back to live, the iPhone 4 metal frame surface and the renders seem to have showed that accurately. Other than that, there is no notch on the phone, which is in line with rumors. Instead, earlier reports state that one 6.7-inch iPhone prototype is being tested with a slim bezel to house the Face ID components and TrueDepth sensor.

Having a close look at the images you will notice the back of the phone looks the same as the iPhone 11 Pro Max, which means you can still see the familiar square bump with three camera sensors. Lastly, the designer has also made the edges squarer. As the iPhone 12 renders show, Apple’s next lineup will finally incorporate some changes, even if that simply means going back in time and borrowing some elements from the iPhone 4.
The design of the iPhone has hardly changed since 2017 and thus it was about time that the Cupertino giant introduced some changes. So tell us.. what do you think? Do you like the designs? Sound it off in the comments below.
