The PS4 Remote Play app on a mobile platforms, Sony knows why they made it possible, every actions taken have some reasons. Obviously, the prospect of playing graphics-heavy console titles on a tiny screen might not appeal to everyone, but over a million people downloaded it off the Play Store.
Seriously, I don't like the technique, this looks like playing a Gameboy game or Temple run in Android, precisely, I wouldn't recommend this for any game as the controls are awkward and you won't get far in your mission with it (unless you connect your actual controller to the phone, keep in mind that some Android phones ain't compatible with external Controllers.)
How to Play Death Stranding on Android Using PS4 Remote Play: (Download PS4 Remote Play for Android to Play Death Stranding on your phone)

Step 1: Download the PS4 Remote Play app from the Google Play Store.

Step 2: Enable Remote Play from your PS4, by heading over to Settings > Remote Play Connection Settings > select checkbox for Enable Remote Play.
Step 3: Once you open the PS4 Remote Play app, sign in with your PSN account.
Step 4: Now the app will try to find your PS4 automatically. It may take some time, and if it fails, you need to manually add your device. To do that, head over to Settings > Remote Play Connection Settings> Add Device on your PS4. You'll be shown an eight-digit code that you will need to enter on your phone.

Step 5: Once the app accepts the code, you'll be directed to your PS4 main menu. Use the on-screen buttons to navigate through the menus and you're set.
In addition, this looks more weird that it doesn't allow screenshots or screen recordings of any kind. And all of your gameplay experience will be dictated by the quality of your internet connection and home network equipment. Nothing more to add, however if you've a PS4 you don't need to give this a try, unless you spend much time far from where your console is.
